Intro call
30 minutes with a hiring manager. Mutual sniff-test.
Technical / craft round
Engineers code; product takes a written exercise; design walks through a real portfolio piece.
Team round
Two interviews with future peers, one with someone outside the team.
Founder & offer
30-minute chat with a founder, references on file, then a written offer within 5 business days.
